Premium - $250

Everything detailed in the Lite package is included.
Create the MLS listing with all details about the home, pictures, and written remarks.
Launch the listing in the MLS.
Send your client a Just Listed email with a link to view the MLS listing.
Upload showing instructions into ShowingTime or the MLS.

Sellers Side - $450

Process all contract details including noting important dates and deadlines.
Keep client updated at all times throughout the transaction.
Send the contract to all involved parties.
Communicate with buyers agent throughout the transaction.
Prepare any and all amendments, addendums, and repair proposals for the seller's review & signature.
Check in with the lender to ensure the loan is staying on track and we have the clear to close.
Schedule closing with the title company and send a calendar reminder to you and your client.

Buyers Side - $450

Process all contract details including noting important dates and deadlines.
Send your client a detailed email with the next steps for their purchase.
Submit the contract to the title company & lender.
Schedule inspection with your preferred inspection company.
Prepare any and all amendments, addenda, and repair proposals for the buyer's review & signature.
Ensure the deal remains on track with due date deadlines including inspection, appraisal, clear to close, etc.
Schedule closing with the title company and send a calendar reminder to you and your client.
