FAQ
Why should I hire a Transaction Coordinator?

You should consider hiring a transaction coordinator to save time and effort. Transaction coordinators handle administrative tasks like paperwork, scheduling, and communication with all parties involved in a transaction. This lets you focus on building relationships and negotiating deals. Additionally, the transaction coordinator ensures compliance, accuracy, and smooth transactions, leading to a better experience for clients.
Do you charge when a contract is terminated?

I do not charge my fees if the deal does not close. If you would like me to process the termination (get termination documents signed, send necessary paperwork to title company, ensure earnest money is released, etc., there is a flat fee of $50).
How can I pay you?

I accept payment via the Settlement Statement or Venmo
What hours do you work?

I work Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM. If you need to reach me outside of those hours, please send me an email and I will return it the next business day. I am also closed on all major holidays.
What systems do you use to stay on track?

I use Google Sheets, Outlook & my calendar as a task management system which ensures I remain on track and do not miss any deadlines.
